ATB Financial, a financial institution serving the province of Alberta since The Great Depression, was in the midst of changing their banking system and saw the opportunity to realign and unify their people, culture and lines of business under a new brand vision. We conducted a comprehensive brand audit of perceptions and challenges which revealed a new set of values and new manifesto to rally around. This, in turn, gleaned additional truths enabling ATB to approach their key markets with confidence and authenticity.
